Common Rooms

The common rooms are large spaces where Tenants can meet, socialize or sit down with family and friends. Tenants can book a common room for a private functions. As ‘common rooms’ they are not closed to other Tenants – even when a private function is taking place. As Castle Arms property, they are also occassionally in use by management for events and meetings.

The person making the booking is responsible for:

  • setting up for their own function
  • putting away furniture as required
  • any damages caused by them or their guests
  • leaving the common room and kitchen area in a clean condition – cleaning and putting away dishes
  • sweeping the floors
  • managing any excessive noise
  • behaviour of all guests at all times
