Tenants
Parking for all buildings is very limited. Tenants should only park in their designated spots – not spots marked for visitors. Visitor parking is also very limited. Many CA Tenants have PSWs or other regular visitors.
- Visitor parking is for Tenant visitors [i.e. PSWs, family, friends, etc.] only. Remind your guests to use the designated visitor parking spots.
- Notify the office of any changes to your vehicle, including new cars or updated license plates. Parking is monitored regularly and vehicles not on file may be removed.
- Only park in your assigned parking space. If you’d like to switch to a different spot, contact staff to be added to the waiting list.
- Make sure to keep your doors are locked and don’t keep any valuables in your vehicle.
- Park between the lines – especially in the narrower spots. Improper parking can make it difficult for your neighbours to get in or out of their vehicles — particularly those using mobility aids such as walkers or canes.
- Castle Arms does not provide snow cleaning services for Tenant parking spots. Tenants are responsible for clearing snow from their designated parking spots.
- Parking fees as of 2026: $10 Rent Geared to Income [RGI] Tenants and $15 for market rent Tenants. If a Tenant transfers from one unit to another, these fees are in effect when they sign a new lease.
